To request a suspension of your swim school enrolment, please complete the form below. Please note that suspensions are not confirmed until you have been contacted by LPAC swim school.

Please review the suspension terms and conditions prior to submitting your suspension request. Suspension requests must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the requested suspension start date.
