To request a cancellation of your swim school enrolment, please complete the form below. Please note that cancellations submitted are not confirmed until you have been contacted by LPAC swim school.

Please review the LPAC swim school terms and conditions prior to submitting your cancellation request. Cancellation requests must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the requested cancellation date.
