Planning decisions
In a directive from the NSW Department of Planning (Circular PS 08-0007, issued 21 August 2008 and re-issued 16 September 2008), the General Manager is required to keep a register containing (for each planning decision made at a Council or Committee meeting) the names of The Administrator/ Councillors who supported the decision and those that opposed the decision.

SEPP 1 and Clause 4.6 variations
This is a public register of applications determined by Council with variations to a development standard. The variations have been made as either an:
- Objection to a development standard under State Environmental Planning Policy No 1 – Development Standards; or
- Exception to a development standard under clause 4.6 of the relevant local environmental plan
As part of the 2023 Clause 4.6 Reforms all variation requests under assessment or lodged from 1 November 2023 will be hosted on the NSW Planning Portal which can be accessed via the following link:
