Mobile customer service on Facebook
As part of our commitment to customer service, our Mobile Customer Service team have established a new Facebook page, Inner West Customer Service, to respond to service requests and questions in private Facebook community groups.
How it works
- We are in a selection of community Facebook groups that allow inner west businesses to join. In these groups, you can tag @Inner West Customer Service with your requests.
- Two of our mobile customer service staff respond at set times during business hours (morning and afternoon).
- We triage requests and cannot respond to every request left on social media. To lodge a service request please visit: www.innerwest.nsw.gov.au/request or phone us on 02 9392 5000.

This is part of our mobile customer service outreach program, which holds weekly customer service stalls in key locations across our community.

We are also bringing customer service outreach to libraries, shopping centres, and main streets to ask how we can help and to assist with your service and information requests.
