Our six week programs are perfect for group fitness beginners and have been specially designed to build on your skills week by week. By the end of these programs you will have the experience and confidence to participate in any class.
Weight Training Fundamentals
Ideal for beginners
This six week course is designed for anyone who would like to learn the fundamentals of weight training in a fun and safe environment. The course is run with an expert trainer in a group environment. You will learn how to use the variety of equipment, correct technique, and how to establish an exercise routine with simple, straightforward workouts that progress from week to week.
2025 dates for our popular Weight Training Fundamentals six week program are now available to book!
Two courses will run in 2025:
- Tuesdays at 1pm starting 28 January (now fully booked) or
- Saturdays at 11am starting 1 February
Inner West Fitness Pass members: $86.80 for the six week program
Casual: $172.20 for the six week program
