Our six week programs are perfect for group fitness beginners and have been specially designed to build on your skills week by week. By the end of these programs you will have the experience and confidence to participate in any class.
Pilates Fundamentals
Ideal for beginners and intermediate
Our six week Pilates Fundamentals program will introduce you to the core principles of Pilates, focusing on alignment, breathing, and controlled movements to enhance flexibility, strength, and posture. Each week, you’ll progressively work through essential exercises and receive personalised instruction to ensure proper technique and alignment, whether you’re new to Pilates or have some experience and are looking to improve your skills.
A new date has been added due to the popularity of this course:
- Wednesdays at 12pm starting 19 February 2025
Inner West Fitness Pass members: $86.80 for the six week program
Casual: $172.20 for the six week program
