Project description: This project is to replace end of life plant at the aquatic centre and improve sustainability and energy performance. Planned works include:

Stage 1:

Replacement of aluminium composite cladding on roof structure.

Stage 2:

Replacement of heating and cooling plant with fully electrified heat pump and chiller system.
Expand existing solar panels.
Roof louver and skylight replacement.

Progress: Stage 1 works are completed and stage 2 works are in the planning phase.
