- Customer Service 12-month Traineeship - Cert III Business Administration
- Early Learning 18-month Traineeship - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Engineering 12-month Traineeship - Certificate III in Engineering - Technical
- Mechanic 48-month Apprenticeship - Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Civil Works 24-month Traineeship - Certificate III in Civil Construction
- Horticulture 12-month Traineeship - Cert III Horticulture
- Greenkeeping Trainee 48-month Apprenticeship
- Environmental Services Trainee 24-month Traineeship -Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management
- Administration Trainee (Parking and Rangers Services) 12-month Traineeship - Cert III Business Administration
Council regularly seeks and welcomes trainees to join and develop their career in the industry alongside our professional and skilled staff. You will be provided with on-the-job work experience combined with the completion of a nationally recognised qualification through TAFE or a registered training organisation (RTO).
It is a requirement to have full working rights in Australia (permanent residency or an Australian citizenship) and to not hold a completed identical qualification as part of the apprenticeship or traineeship with Council.
