Statement regarding ARCCO and the Bower - Inner West Council has no involvement or statutory responsibility in the running of Addison Road Community Centre. This is a matter for the ARCC board. The Mayor, Darcy Byrne, has indicated the compliance order Council issued can be resolved without eviction and he would like to see the Bower stay. Mayor Byrne has also offered mediation to resolve the issues between ARCCO and the Bower, but to date ARCCO have not responded to this offer.

Update on Rozelle Bunnings proposal - On Thursday 13 September 2018 the Land and Environment Court held the s34 conciliation for the 'Bunnings proposal' for 2 to 8A Parsons Street, Rozelle. The applicant has lodged an appeal against the Council’s deemed refusal of this application for a Bunnings site.
