Please be sure you have a high-quality image ready to attach with your event submission. This image should be a photograph or an illustration with no text or logos added onto it – i.e. not infographics, logos flyers or brochures – and ideally cropped into a square, 540 by 540 pixels.

We reserve the right to refuse the submission if the image is not of the required standard.
