Labour of LOVE
Giant projections beam across the streetscapes, bringing inside worlds out. Labour of LOVE by ESEM Projects, celebrates the spirits of Sydenham’s art makers. Behind brick walls of Sydenham's buildings, creative workers dream new worlds. Painters, collage artists, performers, prop designers, furniture makers, sound designers, photographers and embroiderers populate warehouses amidst smash repairers, stone cutters, fishmongers, food distributors, bakers,coffee roasters, and timber yards.

HICCUP at the Bowlo
An electric mix of sustainable art and music, HICCUP builds awareness and funds to divert the climate crisis. Featuring some of Sydney's most forward thinking emerging artists with GLO (Live), Lorna Clarkson, Jhassic, Eddy Diamond, Rydeen, Radha La Bia, Miski Omar, Jake Starr, Corey Black, Guy Grey, Dylan PF, Jaz Allen, Riley Edwards, Greentube, and more to be announced! The Wetlands by Krimsone and Nargy
A local landscape of mixed flora and fauna that has over taken human structure; the semi submerged chimney stacks sit in the wetlands, the new highway sits within the reeds in the beak of a local magpie, a Musk Lorikeet plays and builds with bricks.

The Renters by Emily Valentine
Sydney’s real estate society bombards us with images of houses – clean, white and devoid of people. My work shows rental tenants who have little security. Renters in their homes with possessions, despite having little security., who are proud of their homes.

Tributary by Phil Rigger
See with your ears Tributary is a surround soundscape experience depicting the area in which we live – the Inner West. The audience will be immersed in the experience, enjoying the auditory ride. It involves a multi speaker setup that places you at the centre of this unique multi directional soundscape.

Machines fuse with humans to Mutoids. Gender, technology and power collide in this object-costume work, where borders are blurred and the binary extinct.
*The Sleep Walkers by Gabrielle Bates and Kassandra Bossell
Wakey Wakey! Imagine a desolate cityscape, void of artists and creativity. Lost as they had nowhere to survive. This haunting action unites artists of Sydney’s Inner West.

Catch this all star local music collective, in a series of surprising pop up performances along streetscapes and in creative spaces through Edge.
