Inner West Youth Alliance
The Inner West Youth Alliance (IWYA) is a network of youth and community service providers that engage with and advocate for young people aged 12–24 years in the Sydney Inner West local government areas of the Inner West, Burwood, Canada Bay and Strathfield.

What are the IWYA aims?
- Facilitate opportunities for information exchange
- Facilitate opportunities for networking
- Encourage resource sharing and interagency collaboration
- Facilitate opportunities for planning, consultation and partnerships
- Facilitate opportunities for strategy development
- Build capacity and skills of local youth services providers
- Advocate for and on behalf of young people
- Promote a positive profile and narrative of young people in the community.
When does the IWYA meet?
Meetings of the IWYA take place bi-monthly usually on the third Tuesday of the month from 9.30am to 11.30am at various accessible locations throughout the represented areas.
Meetings of the IWYA will be convened by Inner West Council.
