What is the IWDVLC?

The Inner West Domestic Violence Liaison Committee (IWDVLC) is a network of government and non-government organisations, services and agencies who provide support to survivors/victims of domestic, family or sexual violence, and are working towards the prevention and elimination of DFSV within the community.

What are the IWDVLC aims?

  • Facilitate opportunities for information exchange
  • Facilitate opportunities for networking
  • Encourage resource sharing and interagency collaboration
  • Facilitate opportunities for planning, consultation and partnerships
  • Facilitate opportunities for strategy development
  • Build capacity and skills of local DFSV services providers
  • Engage and support the community in DSFV prevention and elimination

When does the IWDVLC meet?

IWDVLC meetings take place bimonthly on the first Friday of the month from 10am to 12pm.
