In 2018, Imogen, also known as Immy, finished a Certificate 3 course, which set the base for her journey in early childhood education. She continued her education by doing a diploma to learn even more. For the past 4 years, she's been working at an early childhood center in Pymble. She works closely with kids aged 0 to 5.

With hard work, Immy became a room leader in 2020. She believes that play is really important for kids to learn and grow. Her main goal is to create a space where young minds can thrive, questions are encouraged, and kids can develop well.
