AJ Stanton

11:55am

Local singer-songwriter-poet, AJ Stanton has been performing at Summer Hill since she was 15. But she started composing songs when she was 4!
A poet at heart, AJ has been described as "mature with a grain of madness" due to her quirky, honest and raw lyricism. Influenced by folk, "bedroom pop" and indie, AJ's style is unique, marked by mystical and ethereal harmonies. Now at the ripe old age of 18, AJ is a professional musician with a lengthy discography, including cult hits such as I'm in love with David Bowie and Crazy existential crisis of mine which they perform regularly all over town. AJ's music is spontaneous, curious and rich with emotion. We're excited to welcome AJ back to Summer Hill Social 2025!

Tayita sings on stage in warm light

TAYITA

1:10pm

TAYITA is a young singer, songwriter, and producer who is taking control of her musical journey with a fresh and authentic style that blends Latin rhythms with contemporary sounds. Passionate about creating music from scratch, TAYITA is a truly independent artist, writing, producing, and performing all her own material. Her honest approach and deep connection to her personal experiences are evident in every song she releases. With an upcoming EP on the way, TAYITA is ready to share her music and offer a sound that not only resonates but tells real stories.

Denison sings and plays guitar. Black and White

Denison

1:35pm

Denison is a young singer-songwriter and over-thinker from Sydney’s Inner West. Her music is about home, growing up, moving out and back in again, people pleasing, comfort eating, existential dread and her dogs; all the good stuff. She’s chugging away on releasing her music and all the excitement, nerves, joy and fear that comes with it.
One of her songs is a love letter to the Summer Hill Fruit Shop!

The Norm

2:15pm

Formed in the schoolyard a year ago when they were just 15, this talented pop quartet have been branching out to perform in the community, inspired by 2020s pop artists such as Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Sabrina Carpenter and Tame Impala. We can't wait to see what The Norm has on the menu for us at Summer Hill in March!
