Strength and movement
Exercise safely in a fun group environment with other people who are 55yrs+. Led by the dynamic Christy Simitzis, these sessions work every part of the body and focus on mobility, balance, strength and core power. The class caters for beginners as well as those with more experience.
Christy says: "You will love the workouts! My goal is to make you feel stronger and more alive every morning."
