Expressions of Interest: Seasonal sporting ground hire at Rozelle Parklands

Rozelle Parklands are one of the largest open recreation and multi-purpose sporting areas in the heart of Sydney’s Inner West. Expressions of interest for use of the two sports fields within the Parklands are open now.

Available facilities include the oval shaped sporting ground as well as the rectangular sporting ground (see icons 8,9 and 10 on map. Source: NSW State Government).

Organisations interested in hiring sporting grounds at Rozelle Parklands are invited to complete the expression of interest (EOI) form below. Completion of this EOI does not confirm allocations.

The EOI process is aligned with the principles of the Inner West Council Sporting Grounds Allocations Policy (PDF 469.6KB) and supports the Council Recreation Strategy (PDF 4MB). This includes hierarchy of hirers and weighted selection criteria.

Please read the EOI form carefully in conjunction with the Sporting Grounds Allocations Policy (PDF 469.6KB). Note:

• Only authorised representatives from a sporting club may submit an EOI
• Ensure that all details have been filled out correctly and provide supporting documentation
• Submit form and documents to: daniel.denford@innerwest.nsw.gov.au by closing date 24th July 2024 at 5pm (late submission will not be accepted).

To be considered applicants must have:

• majority of club playing members that reside with the Council LGA
• correctly completed the EOI form and submitted it with relevant supporting documentation as per the Sporting Grounds Allocation Policy
• no outstanding debt with Council.
