Bookings and venue hire

Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre is available for sports club, community group, schools and corporate bookings.

For school booking or carnival, please submit a request through our school bookings and carnivals page.

Please note that groups, organisations and clubs requesting to hire Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre facilities to conduct activities or programs are required to complete a hire agreement and provide proof of relevant insurances relating to the activity they are providing. First aid qualifications of those hiring the facilities to conduct their activities such as schools, exercise physiology providers, clubs or associations, may also be required.

All hirers of Inner West Aquatic facilities must adhere to facility conditions of entry, terms and conditions, and hire procedures. 

Exercise physiologists who would like to use the centre with their clients must submit a request with the form below, and also complete this hire application form: IWC external provider hire application (PDF 149.7KB)

Please note that additional documents will be required depending on the nature of your booking request. These may include public liability insurance, senior first aid certification, COVID-19 event plans, and risk management plans (risk assessments). Our staff will advise what documentation is required at the next step of the booking process.
