Download the free Spydus mobile app to browse the entire catalogue of Inner West Council libraries.
The app is the latest instalment of Council’s transition to smarter digital services, involving the roll out of a new cloud-based catalogue and membership system for users.
Improving the digital management system combines the collections of all eight Inner West libraries giving members instant access to over 1.4 million books, films, magazines, digital media and historical images and documents.
On the app, users can:
- Search and reserve from the entire collection of 1.4 million titles.
- View their loans, reservations and payments.
- View their personal details.
- Download e-books and audio books.
- Save lists of favourite items for later.
- Discover featured titles and recommendations.
- Use their camera to scan an ISBN of any book to check if it’s in our collection.
Download the free app from GooglePlay or the Apple App Store.
Once it is installed, select Inner West Libraries from the list and start exploring.
