Next free child car seat safety check

Inner West Council’s next free child car seat safety check is a highly valuable and convenient way for parents and guardians to ensure their children are properly restrained while travelling in a vehicle.

It’s estimated that up to two in three car seats are not being used properly.

If not correctly fitted, child safety seats could fail to prevent serious or fatal injuries.

The checks are carried out by an authorised restraint fitter.
