Notice of site-specific amendment to the Leichhardt DCP 2013

Update on the site-specific amendment to the Leichhardt Development Control Plan 2013 for 122-130 Pyrmont Bridge Road and 206 Parramatta Road, Annandale.

On 10 October 2023, Council resolved to adopt the amendments to Leichhardt Development Control Plan (DCP) 2013 (C1023(1) Item 15) to introduce Section 13 - 122-130 Pyrmont Bridge Road and 206 Parramatta Road, Annandale contained in Part G - Site Specific Controls of the Leichhardt DCP 2013.

Council resolution:

1. That Council endorse the revised site-specific amendments to the Leichhardt Development Control Plan 2013 for 122-130 Pyrmont Bridge Road and 206 Parramatta Road, Annandale as outlined in this report and contained in Attachment 2.
2. That Council delegate authority to the General Manager to make administrative changes and minor amendments to correct any errors, omissions or inconsistencies that may arise during the finalisation of the Leichhardt Development Control Plan 2013 amendment.

Leichhardt DCP 2013 has been amended in accordance with the resolution and comes into force on 2 November 2023.
