Please read the event submission guidelines and terms and conditions prior to submitting your event to ensure your event will be accepted.

Submission guidelines Terms and conditions

Please be sure you have a high-quality image ready to attach with your event submission. This image should be a photograph or an illustration with no text or logos added onto it – i.e. not infographics, logos flyers or brochures – and ideally cropped into a square, 540 by 540 pixels.

We reserve the right to refuse the submission if the image is not of the required standard.
