Artist/s statement

As Makers in Residence, the Lifers are embracing the need to slow down, and taking time out and rejuvenating ourselves by having some therapeutic crafting sessions. We would love you to join us.

Feel free to bring your own project along to the gallery or select something to do/make/mend from our range of materials on hand. Saturday mornings will also include an impromptu demonstration of a technique with some potential participation however the overall theme is to come together to share space, ideas and skills with each other and the community. All are welcome, however all children must be accompanied by an adult. The collective’s products will be for sale at their “Exit via the Giftshop”.

This event is in conjunction with the Australian Design Centre’s annual Craft Festival

Opening Hours: Saturday and Sunday 10am - 4pm

Accessibility information: The gallery has an accessible bathroom. There is a set of stairs inside the building and a lift for wheelchair access.
