Donate ethically to charity shops

Donating to charity or op shops is a good way to reduce waste going to landfill, give an item a second life and generally the right thing to do. Follow these tips how to be an ethical donor 

• don't leave items outside stores or charity bins
• don't donate anything stained, damaged or broken
• before you donate ask yourself 'would I give this to a friend?' If the answer is no, don't give it to a charity or op shop.
